Procter & Gamble To Add 800 More Jobs to the Work Market

Procter & Gamble will increase its labor force and it will start hiring for its distribution center early in November. The announcement was made by one of the company's PRs, Lynn Anderson. She has announced that the new 1-million-foot distribitution zone will start functioning early next year.
The company has plans to collaborate with the Montgomery County Jobs Center and to identify the best talent, and they will also find workforce through job fair.
The cosmetic giant plans to add around 800 employees - the announcement was made on Thursday.
"More to come on that," Anderson has explained.
The company Exel will manage the logistics aspect of P&G, while Quality Associates will take care of the packaging aspect of the business. These two companies will be featured and have presence at the Union facility.
It's the first time the local tenant of industrial property developer Prologis has been officially identified.
According to JobsOhio President and Chief Investment Officer John Minor, P & G has decided to establish a "multi-category" distribution center in order to fulfill the various needs and demands of Midwest customers.
This new site will bring more business into P & G's and will increase its opportunities to distribute products through retail, population centers and transportation networks.
The project will ''be responsible'' for the creation of approximateoly 800 new jobs in its customizagtion and logistics suppliers.
P&G has been a leader in the providion of jobs in the marketing, sales, finance and technology fields. Now its the job market is re-surging again, the company will attract numerous highly-qualified staff members to its team. The company typically offers full benefits and excellent remuneration.
