The mother Julie who killed her teenage kids gets life-long imprisonment

After a 2-hour careful  evaluation, a jury consisting of four women and eight men in Hillsborough County, Florida, has pronounced the sentence for Julie Schenecker who has been pleaded guilty of two counts of first-degree murder after she has allegedly brutally shot her teenage kids in 2011.

Schenecker, 53, was convicted of the horrific murder of her 16-year-old teenage daughter Caylx, and her teenage son, 13-year-old Beau. The state did not request death pentalty at that time.

Schenecker has spoken to the judge regarding her punishment as she was given the opportunity for a parole right before she could face the final decision

"Your honor, I'm prepared and I accept your sentence. I apologize to everybody in this courtroom who have broken their lives," Schenecker said while she was crying. "I know our children are in heaven. I want people to try to find comfort in believing as I do that they are in no pain and they are alive and enjoying everything and anything heaven has to offer," she has added.

The police has found a revolved later after the crime which the woman had specifically purchase in order to commit the brutal crime. In a statement, she has confessed the crime in front of the police, saying that she had shot her kids in their ''mouthy mouths.''

The mother has also confessed that she has shot her son while he was playing soccier and killed her daughter while she was doing her homework in the house.

As a punishment, she will spend her whole life in prison.

More on this case will follow, but society has been really disgusted with the horrific news. More and more people are horrified with the idea that a mom can put an end to the life of her own children. Many have questioned her sanity and there are numerous others who have decided to put her into the category of one of the most absurd killers of all times.
