Chinese Tourists are Turning into a Hot Commodity

Chinese tourists have are turning into a lucrative market for tourists destination all over the world - and everyone's trying to get as higher number as possible.

The number of tourist departures from China reached an amazing 97.3 million in 2013, a high raise since 2000, according to the Germany-based China Outbound Tourism Institute.

To make it even more clear, this means that every 10th tourist is Chinese.

Chinese globetrotters are also the biggest spenders - they spent around $129 billion in 2013, up  26% from last year and ahead of the amount of money spent by American travelers which equals $86.

Moreover, Chinese tourism is set to grow and more and more people intend to visit top-notch cities such as New York, Paris and London.  Chinese tourists are turning into a hot commodity, especially after the financial crises and the recession..

Now countries worldwide are striving to attract Chinese tourists because they contribute a lot to their economy.

Chinese tourists boost country's economies because they make big-ticket purchases and also love to spend money at restaurants and gifts, new research shows.

So as numerous countries compete over China's tourists, they will enjoy more and more priveleges in the countries that they visit.

More Chinese staff will be appointed, and easier processes for visas/tourism regulations to follow.
