Casey Wilson, 33, has just gotten her very own version of a happy ending. On Sunday, Wilson tied the knot with David Caspe, 25, the show's creator.
A representative for the newlywed couple has confirmed to PEOPLE that Casey Wilson who played Penny Hartz on "Happy Endings" and the show's creator David Caspe entered matrimonial bliss on Sunday, 25 May 2014, at the Ojai Valley Inn in California. The wedding, attended by "Happy Endings" cast, close relatives, and friends was officiated by Wilson's brother. The wedding was also announced over New York Times.
The first photo to have emerged from the wedding was tweeted by funnywoman Whitney Cummings. Featuring the smiling bride and groom, the photo came with the caption, "Baby girl @casseyrosewilson is off tinder folks."
Wilson and Caspe have been dating since July 2011. They got engaged sometime during Labor Day weekend last year. Although their engagement was never confirmed by any rep, the engagement was confirmed nonetheless when Wilson was seen sporting a pear-shaped engagement ring during a Beverly Hills pre-Emmy Awards party in 2013.
The couple first met when Casey Wilson attended a casting call for Happy Endings sometime in 2010. According to an undated interview, Caspe admits he was apprehensive in pursuing a relationship with an actress. "I was the boss," Caspe says. "I didn't want to screw anything up."
