'Game of Thrones' Star Alfie Allen Claims Singer Lily Allen Lied About Yara Role Offer, Insists It Was for Actress Gemma Whalen from the Start

'Game of Thrones' star Alfie Allen is not one to shut his mouth when his sister Lily Allen is lying, and he has proven this recently when he revealed that the singer has actually lied about getting an offer to star on the hit HBO TV series, Daily mail has learned.

Singer Lily Allen is lucky to have 'Game of Thrones' actor Alfie Allenas her brother. For one, the latter is always keeping his sibling in check, and that's what happened in his latest interview.

Earlier reports said that Lily Allen dished about getting an offer to play the role of Yara on 'Game of Thrones.' Yara is of course the soldier sister of Theon, who is played by Alfie Allen. And the two characters have this overt sexual tension going on before they found out that they are actually brother-sister.

Now because of the nature of Yara's relationship with Theon, Lily Allen claimed in a Reddit chat last month that it would have been very uncomfortable and awkward to play a role that is seduced on the show by her real-life brother. This revelation came after the 29-year-old singer's claim that HBO producers have been calling her and asking her to play the role.

Now, after making headlines for her statements, Alfie Allen has come out to dismiss his sister's statements as nothing but pure lies.

"The only thing I'm going to say on this is that's not true," Alfie told Vulture of his sister's claims, insisting that actress Gemma Whalen has always been the one asked to play the role from the get-go.

In one of TMZ's ambush interview of the actor, the "Game of Thrones" star also declined to comment further on the issue while he was spotted outside a Los Angeles restaurant.

Meanwhile, his sister is not letting her brother's word get into her head. She even declared recently that she's game for any cameo on the show, saying: "I would be open to doing a musical cameo like Sigur Ros."

Lily was basically referring to the Icelandic band's appearance at King Joffrey's wedding feast this season to perform the Rains of Castermere.

While Alfie Allen is confirmed to be continuing his appearance on "Game of Thrones" for the brand-new season, Lily is reportedly focusing on her music career, which she claims is getting a bit "dark."

"It depends what kind of person you are. It's more of a mental torture than it is physical. It's daunting as an actor. I have to do more telling of the story with my eyes than with words. I've never really done that type before," Lily told Entertainment Weekly.
