The criminals they are after for are almost always fast drivers; hence, the need for them to stick together. Four installments of the French movie franchise have reportedly been released in 1998, 2000, 2003, and 2007. In 2004, the hit French franchise had an American remake, which starred Queen Latifah and Jimmy Fallon. The film even grossed $36 million on a $25 million budget.
