Today, she's back in the dating market again at age 35 since her highly publicized split with "The Notebook" co-actor Ryan Gosling. And since "McGosling" has already become a thing of the past, Rachel McAdams dating life seems to have found a breath of fresh air in the person of "Southpaw" co-star and Taylor Swift's ex Jake Gyllenhaal.
In a recent exclusive news story from Us Weekly, it is said that Rachel McAdams dating Jake Gyllenhaal is quite possible. The two were even spotted enjoying some party time together at the wrap party for their new movie.
Rachel and Jake reportedly danced, did some shots and had intimate corner conversations for the most part of the celebration.
This is not obviously the first time we heard Rachel McAdams dating. She was formerly linked to a civilian following her split from Gosling. But things didn't work out for the two either.
Meanwhile, Jake Gyllenhaal has been anything but single for the past couple of years. The "Brokeback Mountain" star reportedly dated a string of actresses including Kirsten Dunst, Reese Witherspoon and "22" hit maker Taylor Swift.
He was also linked to model Alyssa Miller for some time, but somehow their future was rather bleak and both decided to end it briefly.
Sources said that if indeed Rachel McAdams is dating Jake Gyllenhaal then this could mean that the 35-year-old actress has found something special from the 33-year-old actor for her to get as serious as exclusively dating the latter.
Meanwhile, a few others claimed that this could just be a publicity stunt for the two to promote their movie adding that McAdams camp is doing this for the sake of not making the actress look so pitiful now that ex-boyfriend Ryan Gosling will soon enough become a father to his girlfriend Eva Mendes' child.
