Paul Kitterman Missing Broncos Fan - A man who went missing during a game between the Denver Broncos and San Diego Chargers last week is still nowhere to be found.
The missing Broncos fan, Paul Kitterman, 53, his 20-years-old stepson Jarod Tonneson, and two other friends were allegedly visiting the Sports Authority Field for the first time when he disappeared.
They reportedly traveled 100 miles from Kremmling to witness the game. Paul Kitterman and his son were seated in Section 230 of the Mile High Stadium. Reports indicate that in-between halves, the Broncos fan went to catch up with his friends, who were seated in a different section.
Jarod says while his father went to meet his buddies, he went to the bathroom. They pair had agreed to meet back at their seats when the game resumed. But the Broncos fan never showed up.
Reports indicate that after trying to search for him without success, his son alerted stadium security and the police.
"We were looking everywhere-in the parking lots, tree, bushes, anywhere we could think of," Jarod told Fox 31.
The friends who accompanied Paul Kitterman noted that the missing Broncos fan is "absolutely nowhere to be found."
According to one of them, "It's been the longest, [most] miserable three days of our lives."
Paul Kitterman's family has since filed a missing persons report with the police. They say the missing Broncos fan had no medical issues, drug problems or bad blood with anyone.
Denver police say there is no cause to suspect anything sinister or illegal. The police are speculating that the missing Broncos fan may have left the stadium on his accord.
"Adults have free will and free choice, and there's no crime against going missing," Sonny Jackson, Spokesman for Denver Police told KCNC.
But Jarod says his step dad "wouldn't just take off, you know, he wouldn't leave me there."
One of the friend who accompanied the missing Broncos fan to the stadium also noted that "Paul is one of the most loyal, responsible people you'll ever meet in your life...he would never, ever just leave you hanging, and especially his son."
Reports indicate that the missing Broncos fan was in a rush to see the game that he forgot his cell phone and credit card at home. He reportedly had just $50 on him.
Jarod has contacted local hospitals and detox center for news of the missing Broncos fan, but to no avail.
He has also posted fliers across Denver, hoping that someone might recognize his dad and provide information on his whereabouts.
The family of the missing Broncos fan is also optimistic that stadium authorities would use surveillance footage from that day to determine exactly where Paul Kitterman went.
