On Thursday, the new "Bond" movie 2015 was revealed. Director Sam Mendes along with the film producers unveiled the 24th "James Bond" movie with its cast and the latest 007's car. The new Bond film is titled, "SPECTRE." Actor Daniel Craig will reprise his role as the notorious British super-spy, James Bond.
In a press conference on Thursday in southern England, the new "Bond" movie 2015 cast was revealed. The 24th "Bond" film features new faces including award-winning Austrian actor Christoph Waltz, Italian actress and model Monica Bellucci, French actress Lea Seydoux, WWE wrestler-turned actor Dave Bautista and Irish and "Sherlock" actor Andrew Scott. According to CBC CA, the latest addition in the cast will join old members Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw and Naomi Harris.
At the launch event at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, Director Sam Mendes announced the new "Bond" movie title that is set to be released on Oct. 23, 2015 in the United Kingdom. In a BBC News report, the newest "Bond" film title, "SPECTRE" which stands for "Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion," was a global crime syndicate name, whose frontrunner was Bond's old rival Ernst Stavro Blofeld (played by Waltz).
Aside from the new "Bond" movie 2015 revelations, the Thursday's event also unveiled the Aston Martin DB10, which will be used by Agent 007 in his latest silver screen adventure. Since 1964, the James Bond franchise had a long association with car manufacturer, Aston Martin in the film "Goldfinger."
"SPECTRE" is the fourth "Bond" film of 46-year-old actor Daniel Craig. He started playing the Ian Fleming's legendary secret agent in "Casino Royale" in 2006, 2008's "Quantum of Solace" and in "Skyfall" in 2012.
"We've got an amazing cast and, I think, a better script than we had last time," Craig said in an interview after the event. "We started something in Skyfall, it felt like a beginning of something. This feels like a continuation of that. We're going to put all of those elements in, and much more."
The new "Bond" movie 2015 production will be on location in London, Mexico City, Rome and Tangier and Erfourd, in Morocco. It will also return to the snow, but this time in Solden as well as in other Austrian locations such as Obertilliach and Lake Altaussee.
Shooting will begin for the new "Bond" movie on Monday, Express UK reported. And producers are expecting for a seven-month shooting schedule. The latest James Bond film is set to be released internationally on Nov. 6, 2015.
