Diddy Drake brawl - A brawl between Bad Boy mogul Diddy and Young Money's Canadian star Drake has allegedly left the latter hospitalized after dislocating his arm.
The Diddy Drake brawl happened on Monday around 4.a.m. outside Club LIV in Miami, where the pair and other musicians were celebrating DJ Khaled's birthday.
The incident is reported to have followed an argument over music rights. Diddy, 45, reportedly confronted Drake, 28, over the latter's use of his music without seeking proper usage rights.
Other sources claim the Diddy Drake brawl was about the young rapper's insistent flirtation with Diddy's girlfriend Cassie.
"(Diddy) had his security walk over to Drake's table and let them know that Diddy wanted to talk to him outside," according to NYDailyNews reports.
"Diddy left LIV on his own and made a beeline towards the car, like he was a man on a mission. Drake got out of his SUV, and there was a scuffle before it seemed that Drake had hurt himself, he was holding his shoulder like it was dislocated. He was in obvious pain. Diddy was heard shouting something to the effect of, 'Handle your business!'" according to Pagesix.
After the scuffle, Diddy is reported to have gone back into the club and was seen partying at the V.I.P. booth. But Drake did not return. Some sources claim that he was taken to the hospital for treatment after dislocating his shoulder. Others say he may have left in order not to escalate the incident.
The news of the Diddy Drake brawl has gone viral on the Internet. Rumors on social media have abounded.
"Diddy put hands on that boy.....And he ain't go 0-100...That boy left,"Rick Ross's DJ, Sam Sneaker, who was present at the party, tweeted."It definitely wasn't bout Cassie," he added.
It is still unclear what may have triggered the Diddy Drake brawl and if the later was indeed hospitalized for injuries sustained from the fight.
Meanwhile, just hours prior to the Diddy Drake brawl, R&B singer Chris Brown disclosed that the latter had been having an affair with his girlfriend model Karrueche Tran. However, he has later issued a public apology to Tran for disrespecting her.
Drake and Brown have had scuffles in the past. In 2012, the pair were involved in a brawl at the W.i.P. nightclub in SoHo over Rihanna.
The Diddy Drake brawl has not been confirmed or denied by representatives of both artists. While the management of Club LIV has refused to comment on the incident.
