Nicole Scherzinger, who has an estimated net worth of $8 million, has recently revealed that her battle with bulimia had caused the spat between her and former Pussycat Dolls members Carmit Bachar, Melody Thornton, Jessica Sutta, Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt. The now-solo artist wanted to apologize for being so distant when they were still performing together.
Nicole Scherzinger is an American singer-songwriter, dancer and reality show star. She rose to fame as the lead singer of all-girl group, The Pussycat Dolls (PCD), which was one of the bestselling artists of 2006. The group had so much success, however they disbanded because of internal conflicts that lead Scherzinger to be a solo artist. According to The Richest, Nicole Scherzinger has an $8 million net worth.
Since Scherzinger went solo, she has sold 16 million records. She also became a judge on a reality talent show "The X Factor" UK in 2012 and 2013. Aside from her music career that gave her a remarkable net worth value, the former PCD singer also started her own clothing line called Misguided. Additionally, Scherzinger became an ambassador for British Airways and Herbal Essences.
Despite the successes that brought her multimillion net worth, Nicole Scherzinger also suffered some low points in her career. In an interview for Event magazine published by The Daily Mail, she revealed some details of her personal life, from her earliest memory to her dreams and what makes the singer happy.
During the interview, Scherzinger was asked about her biggest disappointment in which she answered was during her battle with bulimia, an eating disorder that can be potentially life-threatening.
"Between 18 right up to my mid-30s I suffered from bulimia," Nicole confessed. "It was all wrapped up with my low self-esteem and a crippling lack of confidence. It's taken me a long time to deal with these issues and I feel so annoyed that I let that disease take over."
Nicole Scherzinger, who has an $8 million fortune as listed by the Celebrity Net Worth, also revealed her worst character trait.
"I'm always late. I miss the most important things."
The 36-year-old singer also revealed who she would like to apologize to.
"The other members of the Pussycat Dolls," Scherzinger admitted. "There were a lot of moments when I was with them that I was distant and stand-offish. I never opened up to them to talk about my problems and I would shut myself away - and push them away - because I was battling this horrible secret illness, bulimia."
Scherzinger's first date with her on-and-off boyfriend, 29-year-old British F1 racer Lewis Hamilton, was her best night of her life. And when she was asked about her what or who she dreams about, she responded she would have nightmares before her every big show.
"Before every big show I have nightmares about forgetting lyrics or not knowing the choreography and being shown up in front of millions of people," Nicole said.
Meanwhile, Nicole Scherzinger and boyfriend, Lewis Hamilton, who has an estimated $250 million net worth as listed by The Richest, have been in an on-again off-again relationship since 2007.
