‘Revenge’ Season 4 SPOILER ALERT: New War For The New Year? As Midseason Premiere Wreaks More Hate And Grief To The Emily-Victoria Relationship

"Revenge" Season 4 SPOILER ALERT - The highly-anticipated midseason premiere of ABC's drama series will likely wreak more hate and grief to the badass characters of Emily Thorne (Emily VanCamp) and Victoria Grayson (Madeleine Stowe). With its winter premiere on Jan. 4, fans will definitely have a Happy New Year as several mysteries begin to unravel on the series' comeback.

"Revenge" Season 4 left fans so stunned after Daniel Grayson (Josh Bowman) died during its midseason finale. And since the ABC television series is known for killing off prime characters and resurrecting them, iDigitalTimes says the character's death raises speculations of Daniel being gone for good.

Daniel's death is also expected to bring several backlashes that will definitely be huge and intense. However, the death will also bring some major shift to Emily and Victoria, E! News reported. In an interview with the series' executive producer Sunil Nayar, he explained Daniel's death and teased about the new war between Emily and Victoria.

Nayar was also asked by TV Line if Victoria felt guilty for setting her son's death in motion on the show's midseason finale, in which the showrunner answered that "she did and she didn't."

"Well, she did and she didn't," Nayar said. "That becomes a vital debate between Emily and Victoria going forward: Who's to blame for what happened to Daniel? One of the things we wanted was for everyone to have a small hand in what could happen. Emily was going to get Kate back to the house regardless, but Victoria did get the wheels in motion. And David, obviously, is the one who brought this threat to town in the first place. Our whole world is to blame for what happened to Daniel."

Other much awaited developments on "Revenge" Season 4 will be if Emily will find a new love interest, Charlotte's return, Ben's stronger presence, Margaux's comeback with a vengeance and of course, the shift in the Emily-Victoria relationship.

ABC has also teased the viewers on what to expect on the midseason premiere of "Revenge."

"As Emily and Victoria grieve, David springs into action to protect his loved ones," ABC released.

While fans still have a little hangover from the "Revenge" Season 4 midseason finale, CarterMatt said they should watch out for the upcoming winter premiere episodes with titles "Epitaph," "Madness," "Abduction," "Kindred" and "Bait."

As a summary on what to expect on the midseason premiere of "Revenge" Season 4, Franchise Herald reports that unlikely characters will work together while one person will be balancing wrath and grief in an unexpected way.
