The second half of "Bones" Season 10 is set to premiere on March 26, 2015. Looking forward for new episodes this year, the FOX series teases about Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) being pregnant, Angela's undercover adventure while Cam's man, Arastoo will be taken as a political detainee in Iran.
As "Bones" Season 10 took a super long winter hiatus, fans are eager to know what the midseason episodes will bring on television. In a report by KPopStarz, the second half of the series will reveal FBI Special Agent Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) and Temperance Brennan's attempt in hiding her pregnancy during the show's first few episodes.
After Lance Sweets' (John Francis Daley) death on the series' tenth season debut, the upcoming episodes feature Brennan's best friend and forensic artist Angela Montenegro (Michaela Conlin) as she will go undercover. Fans will also look forward to Booth and Brennan if they'll be able to save Arastoo Vaziri (Pej Vahdat) who was detained in Iran.
In an interview with the show's executive producer Stephen Nathan, he revealed some details on what to expect on the midseason premiere of "Bones" Season 10.
"We are so happy for Emily," Nathan said in an exclusive statement to TVLine. "As before, rather than try to hide this from a sophisticated audience, we are integrating her pregnancy into the show. Booth and Brennan, like most couples today, will continue to work, play and catch murderers -- maybe they're unique in this respect -- as their family grows. As with most new situations that have arisen in 10 years, we feel that this can only enhance the show. Although I'm sure there will be a vocal group of fans eager to attack me, I hope they will be pleasantly surprised by what we have in store."
The series' showrunner also hinted that Dr. Camille "Cam" Saroyan (Tamara Taylor) and her beau Arastoo will be facing new challenges in their relationship as the latter returns to Iran and is placed under very perilous situations, Latin Post reported.
"He goes back because his brother is dying," Nathan said as reported by TV Guide. "That will come back in a very, very major way later on in the season." While he told TVLine, "[Arastoo will be] trapped in Iran as a political prisoner. The only way he can leave is to solve a particularly sensitive murder, and of course he can't do it without help."
When "Bones" Season 10 returns after its winter hiatus, fans will also be learning more about Angela's character as Booth and Brennan discover a big secret from her past, as MStarz reported.
"I hear that Angela's going to go undercover this season and that we're going to find out her real name. I'm dying to know what it is!" actress Michaela Conlin told TVLine about her character.
Before "Bones" Season 10 had their midseason finale, FOX already announced that they're not bringing back the show until March 26 to give way to new shows "Backstrom," and "Empire." While Carter Matt reported "American Idol" Season 14 will be airing some two-night episodes as the long-running series is still on hiatus.
Regardless of when "Bones" Season 10 will return, fans are very eager to watch brand new episodes after television shows go into hibernation and the networks keep on airing re-runs.
