"Constantine" Season 1 Episode 13 Spoilers - As "Constantine" made its television debut on Oct. 24, 2014, NBC lured in DC Comics fans for a creepy and action-filled TV adaptation of "Hellblazer." Though the show's first season ratings were not that big, the series delivered a consistent audience for the network, hinting a second season might be possibility.
As "Constantine" Season 1 finale airs tonight, the show promises isome thrilling and exciting details to watch out for. And its episode 13 titled "Waiting for the Man" will surely deliver one explosive conclusion.
Recently, NBC released a new and official synopsis of the upcoming "Constantine" Season 1 Episode 13. Interestingly, Hollywood Hills revealed John Constantine (Matt Ryan) and Detective Jim Corrigan (Emmett Scanlan) will reunite over a young girl's abduction.
"John and Zed Martin (Angélica Celaya) will return to New Orleans when Detective Jim Corrigan asks for their help in the case of a missing girl," the series' finale synopsis reads, as Comic Book released. "Papa Midnite (Michael James Shaw) is going to take steps toward exacting his revenge on John. In the meantime, the truth behind the Rising Darkness will come to light. Harold Perrineau also stars."
On the finale episode of "Constantine" Season 1, Papa Midnite will do whatever it takes to kill John. While John's relationship with Jim will have some development as the story reaches the conclusion, Zap2it teased. Though both have been fighting evil, there was still a lot of animosity between them but that will change on tonight's episode 13.
Earlier in the season, the most anticipated part of Jim's debut was seeing his Spectre form starting to take shape through one of Zed's visions. And as he returns for the finale episode, Jim will take a step toward being The Spectre in terms of his attitude towards his work. But will fans see Jim go full Spectre?
"Maybe there's a flash of the Spectre, maybe not," Scanlan teased. "Maybe the Spectre is born, maybe not."
In "Constantine" Season 1 Episode 13, John will also have a distinct change on his signature look. According to Zap2it, there will be a costume change coming. Will John ditch his trench coat-and-tie look? Well, tune in to its season finale to find out.
Meanwhile, "Constantine" fans have launched a social media campaign using the hashtag #SaveConstantine to voice out their desires for a second season, Blastr.com said. And as the show reached the dreaded moment, KPopStars reported there have been rumors that the show may keep going but will move to SyFy. However, it's still unconfirmed.
For now, watch out for "Constantine" Season 1 finale as Episode 13 airs on NBC tonight, Feb. 13, Friday at 8 p.m.
