RGIII To Be A Dad - Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III has revealed that his wife Rebecca Laddicoat is pregnant with their first child.
RGIII, who turned 25 on Thursday, tweeted a picture of himself planting a kiss on Rebecca's growing baby bump with the words "BIG Thank You for making this Birthday a Special Day!!! This year's gift will change Our life forever!!! #BoyOrGirl"

Robert Griffin III's announcement comes as he prepares for the upcoming season after returning from injury to perform impressively in the just ended 2014/15 season.
In July 2013, Robert Griffin III married his college sweetheart Rebecca Laddicoat. Reports indicate that the couple have been together since 2009 when they met at Baylor University. RGIII earned himself the title of a 'romantic' after he concocted a rather elaborate ceremony to pop the question to Rebecca in 2010. He reportedly sang an original ballad he wrote for the occasion, backed by a guitar, while candle lights serenaded the atmosphere at the Baylor indoor training facility.
RG3 has repeatedly noted that he values his family over everything. In 2013, when there were complaints about his father Robert Griffin Jnr. interfering in his game and visiting the locker room, RGIII made sure he set things straight when he explained that "Anybody out there that's going after my dad needs to back up."
"That's my father. I will protect my family," he said before assuring the public that he had plans of bringing a Robert Griffin IV (RGIV) into the world.
Since RGIII announced that he is expecting his first child, many people - including members of the Redskins - have been sending the couple congratulatory messages.
