Walmart Head-Butting - A fight between two women at a Walmart store, which began after an angry shopper head butted a Jackson Hewitt employee, have seen assault charges being pressed.
The incident which was captured on a cell phone by a shopper and has since gone viral, happened on Feb.7. at a Jackson Hewitt kiosk inside the store in La Porte, Texas.
The identities of the two women have been revealed as Jessica Albitz and Alice Keener, a tax worker at the store.
According to Albitz, Keener acted badly to she and her husband a day earlier when they came into the store to get their taxes prepared. Although the pair got into an altercation, they were separated.
However things went out of control the next day when Albitz returned and got into an argument with Keener. She claims that moments before the brawl, Keener cussed and spit in her face.
The footage captures Keener's reaction after being head butted by Albitz. She slammed her head into a table about five times as the continued bawling. Keener also dragged Albitz's hair pulling her to the floor.
The brawl was eventually stopped by a male customer who separated the women. Afterwards Keener can be heard shouting in the video. "You better get her." "She come in messing with me. I'm at work."
Albitz said after the fight " I hope I broke her nose. I hope she has two black eyes and I hope she remembers me for the rest of her life."
She explained that Keener had started the incident by 'taking trash' to her husband when they were there a day earlier.
"She spit in my face, calling my mother a (expletive). I'm sorry. I love my family and I'm going to take up for my people," Albitz said.
Although both women initially decided not to press charges, Keener, who has been placed on administrative leave, will press charges.
Reports indicate that on Feb. 11, Keener contacted Deer Park police to inform them of her decision to press assault charges. Keener's decision comes after a dentists evaluation showed that two of her front teeth were affected after the Walmart head butting.
Authorities say Keener provided medical records to support her claims. Albitz is expected to be arrested in the coming days.
