‘Scandal’ Season 4 Episode 13 [SPOILERS]: Highest Auction Bidder’s Identity REVEALED! Iranian Buyer Shocks Olivia?

"Scandal" Season 4 Episode 13 Spoilers - When "Scandal" made its television comeback after its midseason break, Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) was abducted and placed in a perilous situation. As things began to unravel, the show will get more intense with violence as her team tries their best to save her.

Prior to "Scandal" Season 4 Episode 13 tonight, Olivia found herself up on sale on the black market in spite of her struggles to free herself from being kidnapped, Melty shared. She was able to have a deal with Ian (Jason Butler Harner), who will apparently let her choose the final bidder. Unfortunately, hell broke loose when Gus (Chad Donella) killed Ian and stopped the auction for a cash buyer.

Though the previous episode ended on a cliffhanger, "Scandal" Season Episode 13 titled, "No More Blood," will reveal the identity of the auction's highest bidder from Iran, International Business Times reported. On its trailer, Olivia will be moved to an undisclosed hideout before she will be dragged out of a car in the middle of the desert. When the bag was pulled off her head, Liv looks more surprised than afraid as she stares at her captors.

"As the bidding for Olivia Pope continues, the gladiators fight to save her but The White House fears that they may lose her for good," "Scandal's No More Blood" episode synopsis reads.

Though in "Scandal" Season 4 Episode 13, the buyer's identity will be revealed, there are still several questions surrounding Liv's abduction. Will her team of gladiators save her? Is it possible that a third party has successfully intervened the auction? Will the White House manage to interrupt the handover? Did Liv's dad, Rowan (Joe Morton) landed as the final bidder? Is Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) losing hope to get Olivia back?

Also in "Scandal" Season 4 Episode 13, Abby (Darby Stanchfield) will be interrogating Cyrus (Jeff Perry) about Olivia when he leaves a classified meeting. Latin Times said he plays dumb but Abby is desperate to know if her best friend is alive.

Meanwhile, "Scandal" creator Shonda Rhimes has addressed the major backlash she faced over the series' auction plotline. According to Ecumenical News, critics were saying it is racist and reminiscent of slavery.

"Can't believe I need to say this: yes, I wrote 'black woman auctions herself off' storyline on PURPOSE. I have heard of slavery. #Scandal," she tweeted then added, "Like I said, we have been writing about the dynamics of race, gender & power over here for 4 seasons. All Gladiators know that."

Catch "Scandal" Season 4 Episode 13 as it airs tonight, Feb. 19, at 9 p.m. EST on ABC.
