Jenelle Evans - 'Teen Mom 2' star Jenelle Evans has been arrested again, this time for driving without a license in South Carolina on Tuesday.
According to reports, the 23-year-old was arrested after being pulled over by Highway Patrol. She spent an hour in jail after being booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center in County, South Carolina.
Jenelle Evans was released after posting bond. She later retweeted a friend's tweet which explained that she wasn't aware of the fact that her driver's license had been suspended.
Jenelle Evans, who gained fame on MTV's hit show '16 And Pregnant,' has had several encounters with the law. They include arrests for heroin possession, breaking and entering, attacking her husband, stalking harassment, violating her restraining order and for assault in 2011.
Reports indicate that Evans is currently involved in custody battle with her mother Barbara over Jace, her five year old son. The child was put into Barbara's care due to Evans' numerous drug issues and other charges. However, she claims to be alright and intends to regain full custody of her son, who was born with her ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis.
Jenelle Evans also has another son, Kai, who was born last June. Earlier in the year she announced that she is engaged to Kai's father Nathan Griffiths, 26. The couple started dating in 2013 and reports reveal that they may be having serious problems.
"[They are] constantly fighting," according to Intouchweekly.com. "Nathan has her so controlled, it's sickening. He's a control freak. It's crazy. He controls her life."
The source reveals that Evans is basically taking care of Kai and Griffiths as the later doesn't do anything to contribute to their relationship.
"He is not doing anything to contribute to their lives and is totally just living off of Jenelle. It's a pattern for her. That's the type of relationship she goes for."
