Terrell Owens Drops Longtime Sports Agent Drew Rosenhaus

Terrell Owens, former wide receiver of the Allen Texas Wranglers and of the NFL's Cincinnati Bengals, fired his sports agent Monday. Former agent, Drew Rosenhaus, worked with Owens in building his career for years. Rosenhaus has been replaced by recently hired, Jordan Woy of Willis and Woy Sports Group LLC. Woy also represents current Dallas Cowboys players, Anthony Spencer, Jason Hatcher, Kenyon Coleman, and Dan Bailey.

Owens is excited about having someone by his side who can encourage his personal growth.

Owens states on his website, "I am making changes in my life so I can continue my career as a professional football player. I have hired Jordan Woy as my new agent. It was important for me to hire someone who believes my ability to help a NFL team and believes in me as a person."

Having been out of the NFL for almost two years, Owens is ready to get back into the game. He says that he is in even better shape than he was before.

"I am in the best shape of my life and preparing daily", states Owens.

While playing for the Cincinnati Bengals, Owens earned a record of 72 catches, 983 yards, and 9 touchdowns. He also holds the title of being the oldest player in NFL history to have a 200-yard receiving game.

"I love the game of football and I know I can help a team. I have had to go through some humbling times but I am more determined than ever to show a team that I can be a huge asset to them as a player and a team leader in the locker room," states Owens. "I am looking for a team who will give me that chance and I know I will pay big dividends to them as a player and teammate."
