"Empire" fans are already craving for spoilers now on the upcoming season of their favorite FOX series. However, since its freshman run wrapped up, details about season 2 have been pretty scarce.
However, just recently, Brian Gazer has dished some interesting bits about "Empire."
Grazer recently appeared on "Good Morning America" and shared that show producers are dying to have Eminem and queen of talk Oprah Winfrey on the series, according to Billboard.
"Eminem, I know, loves our show. And I produced '8 Mile.' I'm going to beg him to get on our show," Grazer said. "He and Oprah Winfrey. Somehow I'm going to get one or both of them on our show."
Having Eminem and Oprah Winfrey on the show is obviously very possible, given that the guest stars of the first season of FOX's instant hit series was pretty packed.
Celebrities who made appearances on "Empire's" first run include Jennifer Hudson, Naomi Campbell, Snoop Dogg, Courtney Love, Patti LaBelle and many more.
Besides, the string of guest stars appearing on the show also contribute to its success. The finale of its first run even garnered the highest rating of any show in its freshman run since "Grey's Anatomy" had its finale first wrap-up in 2005.
The last time Eminem appeared on the screen, he did a very witty cameo in Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg's "The Interview."
Meanwhile, Oprah could easily guest star since she is close friends with Lee Daniels' "The Butler."
There were even speculations that Daniels was already recruiting the queen of talk to appear on the show.
"I tell him: 'Lee, it's not enough that you've taken every viewer possible on Wednesday night. Now you want me to leave my own network?'" Oprah told The Hollywood Reporter in March.
It's a little too early to tell if Oprah and Eminem are appearing in the upcoming season, but fans would surely be pleased if they do make cameos.
