The company will train employees and keep them up to date with rules set by the Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and state government regulations and safety guidelines.

Current available positions include Field Technician and Operational Support Representative. Although the field technician job is said to be very demanding, the company encourages interested applicants to apply. Positions in supervising are available following tenure.
The operational support job calls for compassionate employees, as these people are the first contact for victims who call the company. According to a press release put out by Aftermath Inc., in addition to a warm hearted nature, "A take-charge attitude is important, as the Operational Support Representative will need to contact Field Service Technicians and have them dispatched to the property immediately."
