Former "Twilight" actor Robert Pattinson and singer FKA Twigs, whose real name is Tahlia Barnett, started dating in September. And after six months of being a lovely couple, they got engaged in April.
As fans and showbiz insiders excitedly wait for the upcoming wedding, recent reports claim that newly-engaged couple, Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs, do not plan to sign any prenuptial agreement. According to International Business Times, Pattinson, who proposed with a $150,000 engagement ring, won't ask his fiancée to a prenuptial agreement because it is not romantic.
"Rob's quite a traditionalist and is madly in love with her, so he doesn't think it's necessary. He's following his heart on this, rather than his head," a Star magazine source said, as per Daily Mirror.
As the reports emerged Thursday, sources also said that Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs are set to have a low-key and quirky wedding in September. The reports added that Twigs wants a registry office ceremony, pub lunch and party, which will be attended by their closest friends.
"She wants a hippie-style ceremony at a friend's house in the English countryside," a Life & Style magazine insider said, Daily Mirror quoted. "He'll do whatever she wants. He just wants to make her his wife."
Since the news about Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs widely circulated, rumors and speculations about a pregnancy, which apparently caused the couple to rush the wedding, have emerged. As KDramaStarz noted, the "Glass & Patron" singer only drank juice during the engagement party at Coachella 2015.
"Witnesses noted that Twigs drank only juice at Coachella in April. And she and Rob were recently spotted leaving Los Angeles Century City Medical Plaza together," Celeb Dirty Laundry reported. "Rob has been super protective of her lately, it's adorable. Everyone in their camp is buzzing about a baby."
The celebrity news Web site also added that on RPattz's 29th birthday on May 13, the couple kept it low key by inviting just a few close friends for a get-together.
"This would make sense if Twigs is pregnant and can't party like a rock star to commemorate the big day," the Web site said.
In separate news, FKA Twigs candidly spoke about her experiences about dealing with her fiancé, Robert Pattinson's female fans, People noted.
"It's really hard - I can't begin to explain how awful it is," she told New York Times. "It makes you want to just stop everything sometimes. It makes you want to smash your face into the mirror."
"There's no amount of songs I can sing or dances I can dance that will prove to them I'm not a monkey," she also told the newspaper.
Despite the new breed of fame and the challenges she's experiencing as Robert Pattinson's fiancée, FKA Twigs told the publication she will deal with it.
"I didn't see my life going this way at all," she said. "But it's worth it. I'm so happy."
