Brandi Glanville is leaving the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Contrary to the reports that she was fired from the show, she confirmed that she made the decision herself.
She revealed, during the June 24 episode of "Brandi Glanville: Unfiltered," that a lot of careful thought and deliberation happened before she finally decided not to return for the sixth season of the Bravo franchise.
"They've been awesome. And Bravo will always be my family," she said.
Bravo released a statement from Glanville on its website shortly after the airing of the podcast, stating that she decided not to return to the show as a full time cast member. The past four years she had, according to the statement, was an amazing roller-coaster ride.
Despite Bravo's affirmation, sources close to the reality star says she's to return to the show as part time. She may continue to appear to wrap her story up, Daily News learned.
Leaving the show doesn't mean that the 42-year-old former model's schedule will be free. She said her podcast, new wine business and a clothing line will keep her busy, according to The Christian Today.
Furthermore, the "Drinking and Dating" author said that she would be occupied with other projects. It was reported that she was in the talks with three different networks, including Bravo, of a show "about her life."
Nothing has been ruled out yet. However, the spinoff with Bravo is dubious, according to a network insider.
Glanville, who recently blasted Lisa Vanderpump on Twitter for calling her a liar, became the household controversial name in 2009. It was then when her husband, Eddie Cibrian, had an affair with the singer LeAnn Rimes.
In addition to these controversies, Glanville also accused Mauricio Umansky, Kyle Richard's husband, of messing with the business of Kathy Hilton's husband.
The exit drama isn't only happening in the "RHOBH." Nene Leaks of the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" also left as a full time cast member, E! News reported.
The Real Housewives franchise is indeed having some shake-ups.
