There's no date set for "Fifty Shades Darker" and filming has yet to start, but much buzz has been generated from a rumor if lead star Jamie Dornan (Christian Grey) will agree to do full frontal nudity as the sequel tries to level up its sexually charged vibe.
Oh yeah, bring it on Jamie!
In a report by Inquisitr, there's no official confirmation yet if Dornan has agreed to go completely naked in the film and there's a big possibility he might not, despite reports he has been offered a raise if he chose to do it.
However, a body double may enact the scene instead with Dakota Johnson, who is reprising her role as Anastasia Steele. Dornan had Canadian model Peter James as his body double in some of the more daring scenes in the first movie "Fifty Shades of Grey." No word has come out yet if the model will be back to take on the task, but there are speculations he might do so if the price is right.
Meanwhile, fans sighed in dismay that Dornan himself will not be showing his prized assets. According to Realty Today, Universal Pictures decided to adhere to the previous agreement with the actor, thus (spoiler alert!) exposure of his entire body will not be seen in the sequel.
In other related news, there are persisting rumors that the "Man of Steel" actor Henry Cavill — who many fans personally rooted for to be Christian Grey in last years' movie — was called on to tackle the role of Jack Hyde, Steele's boss who later on will become the antagonist in the story.
In the sequel to writer E.L James' novel "Fifty Shades of Grey," Anastasia will be employed as an assistant to Jack, who unfortunately developed an attraction to her, putting a strain in the fragile relationship of Anastasia and Christian.
Cavill is expected to start filming scenes for "Fifty Shades Darker" after he concludes his role as Superman in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice."
There has been no statements released coming from Universal Pictures and Cavill's publicist if he is indeed on board the project.
Youth Health revealed that fans may be surprised for the erotic "Fifty Shades Darker" ending — one that is slightly different from the book. The sequel will certainly include more Christian and Anastasia BDSM moments.
