"Avengers 3: Infinity War - Part 1" already has an all-star cast, but Marvel is still looking for more to complete the list. Two names emerged — "Single Ladies" singer Beyonce and "Guardians of the Galaxy" star Chris Pratt.
One senior executive at Marvel wanted to get Beyonce on board. Youth Health learned that Jay Z's wife is being scouted to play Tigra, a hero who has cat-like powers; or Blink, who has the power of transportation; or Boom Boom, a secret agent who can make plasma bombs.
Recently, the Hollywood singer moved to Holmby Hills in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter Blue Ivy. Her plan of coming back to making films is rumored to be the reason behind the move.
Acting is not new to the "If I Were A Boy" singer. She already did a couple of movies, including "Obsessed," Dream Girls" and "Austin Powers in Goldmember."
Meanwhile, speculations of Chris Pratt's involvement in "Avengers 3" circulated following the revelation that his contract with Marvel includes two more "Guardians of the Galaxy" movies and a couple of others he didn't name.
Could he be playing Magus?
Magus, who's reportedly going to join the other villain Titan Thanos, is the bad side of Adam Warlock that separates from his body, assembling the Infinity Gauntlet. As part of his plan to recreate an evil universe, he creates doppelgangers of the Earth's heroes, according to Slash Film.
Yes, it has been recently reported that Marvel is looking for someone to portray the role of Adam Warlock's alter-ego. However, there are no confirmations yet if Pratt indeed joins the Avengers roster and which role he will be playing.
Marvel studios is currently having a casting call, Franchise Herald reported. This giant company will be having auditions for lead and supporting roles in Los Angeles.
The "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron" sequel is scheduled to be released on May 4, 2018, while "Avengers 3: Infinity War - Part 2" will hit theaters on May 3, 2019.
