After almost 10 years of being together, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have finally ended their relationship. Despite having three children, the longtime couple decided to broke up over the Fourth of July weekend. The reason? Disick's hard partying, booze issues and the alleged cheating tryst in the South of France have been the final straw.
Kourtney Kardashian, 36, has reportedly called it quits with her 32-year-old bad-boy baby daddy Scott Disick. But before the epic breakup, Kardashian was seen enjoying the Fourth of July in Malibu with 2-year-old daughter Penelope, TMZ reported. In fact, she shared cute photos of them on Instagram.
Scott Disick, on the other hand, was seen partying with his ex-girlfriend and stylist Chloe Bartoli in Monte Carlo in the South of France. According to Us Weekly, the ex-lovers got cozy on a yacht while feeding each other with pasta on July 2. And on the next day, they were once again spotted together.
Scott Disick's South of France holiday rendezvous has reportedly angered Kourtney Kardashian. As per Channel 24, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was worried about Disick's history of substance abuse. She was also furious with Bartoli, thinking she might influence him to fall back in his old ways as she took advantage of his vulnerability.
Meanwhile, an insider has claimed that Scott Disick is in a "classic shame spiral." They added his friends are concerned because he is losing control, partying hard and has fallen off the wagon.
"He's in a classic shame spiral right now. He knows he's screwing up, and he knows what he needs to do," the source said. "He has people telling him to go home and work things out, to stop this behavior, to repent and to move forward. But he's not doing it."
In spite of the fact that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have yet to publicly comment on the rumored split, a separate source told E! News that Kardashian dumped Disick after she saw his photos in Monte Carlo. And since he hasn't been home after a month-long party binge, the mom-of-three has to do what's best for their children.
"She's fed up," the source said. "It's humiliating and disrespectful. How much more is she supposed to take?"
In other news, the Kourtney Kardashian-Scott Disick split could be messy and expensive, Radar Online has learned. Though the rumored ex-couple was never legally married, Disick has often referred to her as his wife. And while California does not recognize common law marriage, he could still be entitled to payment from his ex.
The breakup rumors came after the Fourth of July holiday when Kourtney Kardashian enjoyed a low-key get together with friends in Malibu while troubled Scott Disick was relaxing and partying in Monte Carlo.
