It's been six months since the Hollywood power couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively welcomed baby girl James. The "Deadpool" actor is really having a good time being a dad.
It's true that being a parent is really hard. There is no such thing as a perfect parent nor perfect parenting. This applies to all, even to the "Green Lantern" actor.
On Father's Day, the "Gossip Girl" actress posted a snap on Instagram of her husband, carrying their daughter.
It was captioned, "Happy Fathers Day!!! ... @vancityreynolds Since the day our baby was born, I've felt so strongly in my heart that you were most likely the father. #ILoveYouSoMuchItsSilly"
This photo faced a lot of criticisms, saying that he was doing it wrong — carrying the baby incorrectly.
"The baby's not properly secured in the vessel that I'm wearing there," he told Today, "I'm a first-time dad, and that is not the first mistake I've made."
"I can guarantee you it won't be last," he added.
The "Self/Less" actor also admitted that the part of parenting that scares him a bit is time. He thinks that having a kid will age you faster not because you wake up at the middle of the night, but simply because you just look at this person and time flies by, E! News has learned.
The "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" actor remembered when he was still young, single and carefree, the three-months off from work would drive him insane. Now, he said he'll do anything to be with his wife and daughter.
Parenting isn't the only thing that makes this 38-year-old actor nervous. Believe it or not, he admitted that Twitter gave him jitters.
Reynolds, who thought joining Twitter right now is already too late, created an account only eight months ago, according to the report of Expose.ie.
He decided to keep the account active after realizing how important it is to remain in contact with his fans.
