Jennie Garth and David Abrams finally tied the knot last Saturday after being together for eight months. The newlyweds said that the night of the celebration was "perfect." The wedding was held at Garth's farmhouse in Los Olivos, California.
Garth's three daughters: Luca, 17; Lola, 12, and Fiona, 8, were all present during the event and each one was given important roles to play in the ceremony, Contact Music has learned. The couple said, "We are so happy to have our family and friends surrounding us on this special occasion."
Yahoo News reported that the bride wore a gown embellished with floral patterns, while the groom wore a light gray suit. The ranch-style wedding was close and very intimate. The event was very simple and elegant. The bride and the groom were both emotional when they started exchanging vows under a wooden altar decorated with flowers and tulle.
Tori Spelling, a "90210" alum and Garth's longtime friend, and actor Miguel Pinzon were present during the joyous event.
The couple met on a blind date last December. Garth was a bit reluctant about going on a blind date but things worked out perfectly for Garth and Abrams. The couple has become inseparable since then and even spent their first Christmas together.
E! Online reported that the couple got engaged last April when Garth celebrated her 43rd birthday in Tulum, Mexico. Abrams proposed at Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa.
People reported that according to a source, Abrams really prepared for the proposal because he wanted Garth to have "something special" for her birthday and that David really wanted everything to be perfect.
This is the third marriage for Garth. She was first married to Daniel Clark in 1994 and divorced in 1996. Her second marriage was with Peter Facinelli in 2001. They got divorced in 2013. Garth and Facinelli share three beautiful daughters.
