It's really quite confusing to see Ben Affleck wearing his wedding ring and going ringless in several occasions this week. So, does this mean the "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" star is regretting his divorce decision with wife Jennifer Garner? Or could it be just for the kids?
During the Comic-Con event in San Diego on Saturday, 42-year-old Ben Affleck was seen wearing his wedding ring despite his divorce announcement on June 30. Though it was previously reported the "Daredevil" star has not come to terms with the separation yet, International Business Times noted that he put on a brave face at the event.
Affleck also reminisced a Halloween moment with his family and talked about his kids during the panel for his upcoming movie, "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." Moreover, he shared a moment when he saw "The Dark Knight Rises" star Christian Bale inside a store and in a "Batman" aisle. According to Hello! Magazine, Bale gave Affleck a piece of advice — to make sure he won't have any trouble taking bathroom breaks while wearing his Batsuit on.
"Before I started the movie I was getting my kid's Halloween costume and my son is really into Batman and we went to a costume store in Los Angeles and it was pretty empty and I was in the aisle and I hear this 'Oi,'" Affleck recalled. "I turned around, it's Christian Bale who's the sweetest guy ever and there he and I are standing in the Batman [aisle]. I said look man you're the best, what do you think?"
Meanwhile, it's been more than two weeks since Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced that they were divorcing amicably after 10 years of marital bliss. And though they both have been seen wearing their wedding rings on several occasions, Affleck ditched his on Monday afternoon as he was spotted ringless while walking on the street in Santa Monica, California, People reported.
Despite the ongoing divorce, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are still both living on their L.A. estate to co-parent their children: 9-year-old Violet, 6-year-old Seraphina and 3-year-old Samuel, Franchise Herald has learned. And whether they are wearing their wedding rings or not or regretting their decisions, what's more important is the fact that they are able to remain friends and are committed in taking care of their family.
