Nick Gordon received a $10 million lawsuit for allegedly beating Bobbi Kristina Brown, then stealing from her while in a severe medical condition.
The incident of dragging her upstairs by her hair and knocking out a front tooth, hours before she was found face down and unconscious in her bathtub on Jan. 31, were included in the complaint.
It was also stated in the claim that the baseball player kept an "iron grip" on Brown's personal life and finances. It even got to a point where he would not allow late Whitney Houston's daughter to make engagements without his approval.
The lawsuit also claimed that the 22-year-old actress was supposed to meet up with someone the day the bathtub incident happened. However, she and Gordon got into a huge fight.
The complaint stated, "The loud argument ended and Brown was later found unresponsive and unconscious, face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out."
Following Brown's hospitalization, Gordon allegedly took $11,000 from her bank account without authorization.
The complaint was filed in Fulton County on June 24 by Brown's appointed conservator, Bedelia Hangrove.
The documents were served on Sunday morning, while Gordon was leaving Starbucks in Longwood, North of Orlando. He was photographed holding a Frappuccino when a deputy appeared and forced an envelope to his hands, New York Daily News reported.
"Nick's lawyer has advised him not to open the papers because people are not allowed to be served papers on a Sunday in Florida," a source told Us Weekly.
The legal team of the 19-year-old athlete is now planning a countersuit.
Meanwhile, a mysterious tent was spotted outside the hospice where Brown was confined. According to an exclusive TMZ report, it stood against the back of the facility that could possibly prevent unauthorized personnel to take pictures.
It has been reported that the family of the only heir to the Houston Estate is prepared to let her go. Wandering rumors now suggest something is about to happen.
It has yet to be confirmed whether or not that tent has something to do with Brown's confinement.
