Salma Hayek, 48, will knock you off your feet as she got spruced up and posed semi-nude for Allure magazine's August issue. The cover girl's beauty was highlighted by rosy cheeks, eyeliner and soft waves framing her fragile face.
Hayek detailed while doing a behind-the-scenes clip from the shoot, "I got to work with the wonderful Patrick Demarchelier, and he always tries to do the minimum clothes possible. I kept my pants on though."
She further added that the finished photo "doesn't look vulgar" and "looked very nice."
While striking several poses without a top, the actress-producer looked confident as always, but she hinted that she was a little shy within.
"I was very nervous and I think I looked very uncomfortable at the beginning," she said to the magazine. "I mean, you can't see anything. Don't get excited!"
So how does she maintain her beautiful face?
People reported that as far as beautifying herself, she only rely on hair and makeup. Hayek said, "When I was young, they tried to sell me on the idea [of Botox]: 'If you do it now, then you won't get the wrinkles. And thank God I didn't do that."
Reviewing some of her previous red carpet moments which showed some miss and mostly hits, Hayek pointed out that the major advantage of being a woman is that "we change, and that's part of the beauty of being a woman. We get to be our own canvas every day when you wake up."
Also featured in the magazine is her marriage to French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault. The two got married in 2009 and have a 7-year-old daughter, named Valentina.
According to Xpose, the actress admitted that she went out with men she "shouldn't have dated" in the past for the reason that she was "desperate" to find her soulmate. Luckily she has found her match.
The star of "Frida" said, "I wish I knew [when I was younger] that I was going to fall crazy in love with the perfect man. I was so worried, and I dated some people I shouldn't have dated."
''You get desperate, and you start seeing wonderful things in, like, the wrong guys. I also found some pretty good guys. But I wish I could say to myself, 'Hey, chill out. You're going to get a great husband that's going to adore you.' I would have saved myself a lot of personal drama.''
