"Vampire Diaries' alum Nina Dobrev has been sorely missed at the recent San Diego Comic-Con panel of her hit CW series. Aptly so, since the gorgeous actress stepped down from her role as Elena Gilbert which she had been playing for six years.
Fans of Nina Dobrev have been wondering what she has been up to these past few months. Well, Nina Dobrev is dating hottie Austin Stowell for quite a while now and the pair spent some romantic moments paired with PDA smooches on a yacht near the coast of St. Tropez.
According to Daily Mail, Nina Dobrev was a stunner in a little black dress and revealed ample cleavage possibly aided by a push-up bra. She was photographed stepping down the ramp of a yacht with boyfriend Austin Stowell who was garbed in a cheerful shorts.
Nina and Austin dated in June and for that short time span, the couple has been seen around showing their affection with each other especially during their St. Tropez getaway.
Nina previously dated "DWTS" star Derek Hough and also her "Vampire Diaries" co-star and on-screen partner Ian Somerhalder who is now happily married to "Twilight" alum Nikki Reed.
She told E! News, "I've said this before, that we didn't break up because anything bad happened or because there wasn't love or friendship. I love him and the friendship is still strong and I think he's great and I care about him."
"And that didn't change. Yes, we're professional and that's fine. We were friends long before we dated and we still are now," she also told US Weekly.
As for Nina's present flame, Austin Stowell was born in Kensington, Connecticut. He has also appeared in "Whiplash," "Dolphin Tale" and "Love and Honor," with Liam Hemsworth as per IMDb.

Austin Stowell also has brains. According to The Vampire Diaries, Nina's beau graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts and has also studied at the Department of Dramatic Arts.
He's also an animal lover and owns a dog named Gus. Furthermore, Austin Stowell has a great sense of humor and is not afraid to show his goofy side, one of the qualities that Nina probably adores.
As of now, Nina Dobrev seems to enjoy boyfriend Austin Stowell's company as can be seen from the way they look and smile at each other from the photos circulating in the web.
