"Party in the U.S.A" singer Miley Cyrus showed off her patriotism Wednesday, in celebration of the 4th of July.
Miley took to Twitter in wishing her over six million followers a happy holiday. She then went on to post a snapshot of her new holiday-themed outfit, accented with American flags in her background and a festive U.S.A headband.
The singer's new outfit consisted of a low-cut denim bustier-like top with gold tassels hanging from it. She topped off the outfit with a sassy bright red lip.
Miley captioned the picture with a tweet saying, "Happy 4th," to her fans.
She later made the celebratory picture her profile picture on Twitter.
The 4th of July was more than a day to celebrate the independence of the great red, white, and blue for Miley. They day also marked the release of her latest single, "Morning Sun."
This is the first Independence Day Miley has spent as a fiancée, following her engagement to actor Liam Hemsworth.
Recent reports say that Miley does not plan on having children anytime soon, as she wants to enjoy being a 'hot wife' before committing to motherhood.
