Bobbi Kristina Brown was given a "toxic cocktail" by her boyfriend Nick Gordon before he drowned her and laid with a white female guest, a landmark lawsuit filed on Friday claimed.
The amended lawsuit alleged that Gordon placed Brown, the daughter of the late Whitney Houston, face down in a tub of cold water on the night she was discovered unconscious in her Roswell home on Jan. 31.
Brown's court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove, has originally filed a suit on June 24 in Fulton County Superior Court accusing Gordon of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and transferring money from her account into his own without authorization, USA Today reported.
On July 26, the 22-year-old died months after battling for her life. She never regained consciousness and was transferred to hospice care in June.
The amended suit claims that at 6 a.m. on January 31st, Gordon returned home after "being out all-night on a cocaine and drinking binge." He is said to have viewed camera footage on Brown and listened to her conversations.
Gordon then started screaming at Brown, accusing her of cheating on him and calling her a "whore and bitch," as per the suit.
The altercation between the couple, which lasted for around 30 minutes, went from the kitchen to the living, and then upstairs to the master bedroom. Gordon is said to have dragged Brown into the bathroom and eventually "everything abruptly became quiet."
At some point, Gordon "gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage," the lawsuit alleged.
It is claimed that a white female guest was lying on a bed in the master bedroom as the two engaged in an argument.
Court documents stated that Gordon came out of the bathroom wearing different clothes, then laid his head on the ankle of the woman and said, "Now I want a pretty little white girl like you."
Fifteen minutes later, another guest (presumably Max Lomas) went into the bathroom and found Brown lying face down and unconscious in the tub, according to TMZ.
Gordon then allegedly ran in yelling "Clean up! Clean up!"
The suit states that the whole party attempted to resuscitate Bobbi Kristina, who had swollen mouth and a tooth hanging loosely from her gums indicating injury.
She was then rushed to a hospital, placed in a medically-induced coma and was later diagnosed with
"global and irreversible brain damage...as a result of [Gordon's] actions," documents revealed.
Nick Gordon has been declared "a person of interest" following Bobbi Kristina's death, Daily Mail has learned. He has since denied any wrongdoing regarding the incident involving his girlfriend.
