Kim Kardashian alleged baby bump battle with Naya Rivera may have created a huge buzz on the Web, but the soon-to-be moms are not actually competing. Fed up by the trolls trying to pit her baby bump against Kim K's, Naya addressed the issue by slamming the media that claimed she wanted to start an online war with Kardashian.
Kanye West's wife took to social media on Tuesday to share a revealing snap of her bump just to silence naysayers claiming she's using a surrogate to carry her second baby after North West, reported Irish Examiner.
However, things took a different turn for Kardashian when another expectant celebrity mom also released almost-naked baby bump pics that same day.
Rivera, the 28-year-old alum of Fox's musical "Glee," apparently shared some snaps from her baby bump photo shoot on social media, and many were quick to claim that she did this to divert everyone's attention to her and not to Kris Jenner's daughter.
Amid the online feud that fans started, Rivera has come to defend herself by explaining her main reason behind posting the baby bump pics online.
According to Lea Michele's "Glee" costar, she decided to share the baby bump pictures because she wants to celebrate the very special time in her life now with husband Ryan Dorsey, as per E! News.
Rivera went on to slam the people who spread the "stupid assumptions" because, for her, she only shared the pics to document her "beautiful pregnancy journey."
Naya also retweeted a post from one of her fans which states that the media should just celebrate the pregnancy of the beautiful celebrity moms and not dwell on "non-existent drama."
Meanwhile, in an interview with Yahoo! Style, Rivera, who is already in her third trimester, revealed that her friends have remained a great support group while she tries to better understand her pregnancy.
"It turns out that all of my friends ended up getting pregnant around the same time I did — so we're all learning together," she said.
Rivera also admitted that she's making a conscious effort to ensure that she's eating healthy despite her incessant craving for ice cream.
