Fresh from his stint in "The Bachelorette" headlined by Kaitlyn Bristowe, meet the 2015 "The Bachelor" Season 20 Ben Higgins.
He was dumped by Kaitlyn Bristowe in the latest season finale of "The Bachelorette" but Ben Higgins has won the hearts of ABC, as per Us Weekly.
The 27-year-old software salesman already made changes with his schedule to accommodate his new TV show and not only that, he was said to be freeing his love life as well. It's been reported that Ben Higgins turned down a work promotion and put on hold his budding romance with Tenley Molzahn from Jake Pavelka's Season 14. A source detailed, "They want to hook up but haven't. They're being careful not to jeopardize Ben H.'s 'Bachelor' stint."
Even his former rival Shawn Booth, now Bristowe's fiancé, wants him to find Ms. Right. He said, "He'd make the perfect 'Bachelor.' He deserves nothing but the best."
Ben Higgins aka Ben H, has the qualities of a perfect gentleman as what viewers have seen amid the constant bickering of fellow competitors Nick Viall and Shawn Booth. He was a fan favorite thus he was hand-picked to headline the newest season of "The Bachelor" which will debut in Jan. 2016, as per Radar Online.
The handsome reality star has said in the past that he's "not extremely comfortable with the attention," but that will not stop him from finding true love that he deserved. So, if the rumors that he has a thing with Tenley Molzahn were true, would that affect his role of being the Bachelor?
Well, if that would be the case, Ben Higgins could pull off ala Kaitlyn Bristowe who was in a similar predicament prior to "The Bachelorette," where she was having a flirty text communication with Nick Viall. Kaitlyn in her desire to discover if her relationship with Viall will progress, led him to join the rest of the guys four weeks after the show started, much to the chagrin of his fellow contestants. Only time will tell whether the same situation will unfold in "The Bachelor" Season 20.
According to PopSugar, when Ben Higgins was asked if he would consider doing "The Bachelor" Season 20 if it were offered to him, the good-looking salesman replied, "As a single man, if they put 25 women in a house with similar personality styles and they have already gotten to know you through another show, and you date them — yeah, that sounds great."
