Former Wendy's Employee Sentenced for Possession of Child Pornography

Former Wendy's employee Juan Antonio Rosa was sentenced Wednesday to over 20 years in prison for handing out child pornography to customers along with their food.

Several months ago Rosa, the father of two young daughters, pleaded guilty to the charges and is now headed to prison.

Rosa reportedly recruited customers from online who would then come to the Wendy's he worked at and say "Scooby Doo" or "sh*t on a stick* as code words to buy porn-filled memory cards with their food order.

Officials said the memory cards were sold for $50 each and had up to five pornographic videos on them.

The location of that particular Wendy's remains unnamed, although officials say that the Wendy's is somewhere in San Antonio. The restaurant managers of that Wendy's location said they had no idea about Rosa's dealings.

The Wendy's franchise also tried their best to show that the restaurant had no involvement in Rosa's scheme.

"I can tell you the San Antonio franchisee has no knowledge of the incident," said Wendy's spokeswoman Andrea Winans in a statement to the press. "They have no information or any police report of this incident occurring at a Wendy's there."

Rosa is no stranger to charges related to child pornography, as he had previously been convicted of possessing child porn in the past. Last year he was arrested when a federal raid found that he had child porn stored on his personal computer.
