Shannen Doherty Files Lawsuit Against Former Management Firm Tanner Mainstain After Receiving Breast Cancer Diagnosis [SHOCKING]

Shannen Doherty and husband Kurt Iswarienko filed a lawsuit against their former business management firm, Tanner Mainstain Glynn & Johnson as the latter has failed to secure the actress an insurance premium that could have allegedly prevented her breast cancer.

According to said lawsuit, the Screen Actors Guild sent a premium invoice to Tanner Mainstain on November 2013 regarding the medical insurance of the actress for 2014 but the firm ignored such notice, failing to pay for Doherty's insurance without informing her and eventually terminated their relationship with her February last year.

The former "Beverly Hills 90210" actress was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer last March and was informed by her doctor that an early discovery of her disease might have prevented its spread in the 44 year-old actress' system, US Magazine reported.

According to Eyewitness News, Randall Dean, attorney for the accounting firm, they are vehemently denying to have caused the actress' health insurance to lapse. They said that they are saddened by the news of Doherty's suffering from cancer but firmly denied to be the reason for her to be uninsured and prevented from seeking for medical care. The accounting company has contended that they will defend all of Doherty's claims in court.

Doherty's husband, photographer Iswarienko is also suing one of said firm's partners Steven Blatt for allegedly mismanaging the couple's money resulting to financial problems, tax audits and liens. Iswarienko also said that his wife suffered from emotional distraught because of the incident and has also stopped working since she was diagnosed with cancer.

The actress also slammed Tanner Mainstain for unethical practice and incompetence and goes on to accuse said firm of its malicious schemes to cover up for their misdeeds, errors and omissions.

Fox News wrote that Doherty is expected to undergo drastic treatments such as mastectomy and chemotherapy to fight her cancer.
