Jojo Releases 'Tringle' After Years of Hiatus, Shares Story Of Her Battle With Depression

Pop star Jojo may seem to have taken the backstage for several years but the now 24-year-old songstress is finally back with "Tringle."

The "Too Little, Too Late" artist expressed her excitement by sharing with her fans the first three singles of her album "III," which she calls a "tringle," by posting its cover photo on instagram as well as on her newly launched website saying: "THANKFUL AND EXCITED to share these three singles with you!! Thank you from the bottom to the top of my heart for your support over the years. The journey is just beginning...," PopCrush shared.

In an interview with Idolator, the songstress explained that as a teenager, she had several issues with herself back then. This is only but natural for the pop singer since she was only around 13 when she debuted in the industry. She said that she would blame herself for every disappointment and was even depressed for quite a while.

The comeback artist also clarified in the interview that even though the public may not be seeing or hearing from her in the past years, she was still recording non-stop and had actually collaborated with several artists but were not able to release those songs due to contractual reasons.

After years of settling behind the limelight, Jojo said that she has finally decided that she would like to record for the rest of her life and that she was happy and excited for her comeback.

Perez Hilton posted an audio of the "tringle" with the song titles "Say Love," "Save My Soul" and "When Love Hurts." Jojo said that these songs all talk about her favorite theme which is love. The tringle's tunes vary from mid tempo/RNB to a total upbeat sound, Digital Spy noted.

Jojo will start shooting for the music video of "When Love Hurts" next month.
