"X-Men Apocalypse" will not be showing 'til late May next year but director Bryan Singer has already teased fans of the mega hit trilogy with a short video clip of the movie's set.
The director of the franchise's third installment shows off the Cairo apartment of Ororo Munroe a.k.a. Storm in the slums of Egypt where most scenes of the movie were also shot, Cinema Blend reported.
The said room was shown to be adjacent to the set of the bar scene from Roland Emmerich's LGBT drama "Stonewall" that would premiere in the Toronto Festival this year.
Singer has also previously released a sneak peek of a gigantic tomb which fans alleged to be that of the 5,000 year-old supervillain's grave as well as a snap of Storm being green-screened while looking over pyramids and sand dunes, Cinema Blend wrote in another scoop.
According to Superhero Hype, the team of Michael Fassbender as Magneto, James McAvoy as Professor X and real life exes Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult as Mystique and Beast will reprise their respective roles as they lead the cast of the trilogy's concluding film.
The anticipated blockbuster will also feature the comeback of Rose Byrne's portrayal of Moira MacTaggert, Evan Peters as Quicksilver and Lucas Til as Havok. Meanwhile Sophie Turner, Ben Hardy, Tye Sheridan, Olivia Munn and Lara Condor will be joining the film's ensemble as Jean Grey, Angel, Cyclops, Psylocke and Jubilee respectively.
As already revealed by Singer, Alexandra Shipp who has been recently acclaimed for her acting in "Straight Outta Compton" will play Storm. Oscar Isaac will play the titular antagonist in said movie.
We Got This Covered shared that fans worldwide have been guessing that the movie's trailer will soon be released as the Apocalypse team made an appearance in the San Diego Comic Con last month.
