Justin Timberlake's wife, Jessica Biel showed off her secrets to her post-baby body through photographs. See how fast she became fit after being pregnant with their first son.
The "7th Heaven" actress recently gave birth to their eldest child, Silas Randall Timberlake, on April. Four months after, Biel seems to be returning to her old-self quite fast by looking fit and sexy. Check out some of her post-baby photos through OK! Magazine.
Her personal trainer, Jason Walsh, revealed on E! Online some of Biel's secrets in achieving her curves. During his interview, he noted that Biel has been working out with him for about 2-3 times a week.
Walsh is also the owner of the newly built fitness studio Rise Nation, located in West Hollywood, CA.
More than that, the fitness trainer shared the benefits of signing up to their 30-minute fitness class which could burn 500-800 calories. He explained as well that body climbing exercise through VersaClimbers is one of the most effective ways to achieve post-baby body similar to the actress.
"This is a great for post-baby..." he said. "Metabolically speaking, it incinerates calories more than anything else out there."
Aside from Biel, some of Walsh clients include singer Hilary Duff and "The Martian" lead Matt Damon.
And as for Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake, the new parents will be receiving a prestigious award for their contribution in the LGBT community, The Daily Mail noted.
They will be the recipients of the Inspiration Award at GLSEN's (Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network) annual Respect Awards which will be held at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles on October 23.
The LGBT community recognized Timberlake and Biel as their "committed allies" and have been outstanding role models that landed a positive impact on the lives of LGBT youth, as the site noted. Congratulations!
