Caitlyn Jenner Manslaughter Lawsuit Update: Woman Died In Crash Sued For $18.5 Million For Being 'Negligent' [NEWS]

Updates about Caitlyn Jenner's vehicle manslaughter case seems to sound unusual. Aside from her possible charges, it has been reported that the woman who died in the car crash was reportedly sued for $18.5 million, claiming that she was "negligent."

The Lexus driver, 69-year Kim Howe who got killed in the incident, received 5 creditors' claims, as TMZ noted. The claims were filed by the Hummer's passengers, who allegedly cited the late Howe as being "negligent" and the one responsible for the commotion, though specifics were not dropped.

The creditors will be filing lawsuit against Jenner as well soon, according to the source.

The claims were rumored to be worth $18.5 million, as Mirror revealed.

Last February, The "I Am Cait" star was driving her black Escalade at the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, CA. Her vehicle reportedly crashed into a Lexus and Toyota Prius. The Lexus, however, collided into an incoming Hummer. Howe died in the incident while 7 got injured.

Authorities who handled the case submitted a 161-page report to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office. The results are expected to be announced this week.

As for the former Olympian, Mirror stated that Jenner might "not likely" to be facing charges as "she allegedly braked several seconds before impact," contrary to news that she might be facing vehicle manslaughter charges that could send him in prison for a year.

Meanwhile, the 65-year old reality TV star shared a glimpse of what would happen in the next episode of "I Am Cait."

"it would be very attractive to me to have a guy treat me like a woman," Jenner reportedly admitted to pal Jenny Boylan, as cited by Daily Mail.

The phrase "a real woman" which she used during the whole conversation seemed to have offended her transgender pal.

Check out their whole conversation in the next episode of "I Am Cait" on Sunday, Aug. 3, on E!
