‘The Flash’ Season 2: Fans React With Funny Memes On Jay Garrick Helmet Poster

"The Flash" Season 2 is teasing fans ahead of its fall premiere yet again, and the rabid, loyal viewers seem to really like it this time as they mostly left funny memes instead of comments on the Jay Garrick helmet poster on Facebook.

If pictures say a thousand words, then the following memes are worth thousands of pixels of excitement.

"The Flash" dropped another teaser on Monday evening on its official Facebook page. The poster primarily teases the arrival of "Golden Age" Flash Jay Garrick, according to Comingsoon.net. The arrival of the original Flash has long been revealed, but now that the show is just a month and a few days away from airing, fans can't help but get very eager to get their hands and lay their eyes on any promotional material from the returning CW series.

Check out how fans reacted to Jay Garrick's helmet poster below.

Garrick, who made his debut in the 1940's comic book of the Flash, is heading to Central City to give Barry Allen a piece of advice about a force of nature that he alone cannot stop. Per previous spoilers, he is going to be introduced as a mysterious character at first before he finally gets the chance to enter S.T.A.R. Labs.

"Masters of Sex" actor Teddy Sears is playing the Golden Age speedster. If the show's going to follow the comic books, the best explanation on how Garrick and Allen will meet is the existence of a parallel universe.

The poster is not the first time that fans caught a glimpse of the original Flash's helmet. In the finale showdown last season, the battle between Barry and Eobard Thawne reportedly "spat out" the helmet, according to Comic Book Resources.

"The Flash" Season 2 will star Grant Gustin as Allen, Sears as Garrick, Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West, Candice Patton as Iris West, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow, Rick Cosnett as Eddie Thawne, Carlos Valdes as Cisco and many more.

Tune in on The CW on Oct. 6 at 8 p.m. EDT to catch the premiere of "The Flash" Season 2.
