CW's ‘The Flash’ Season 2: Danielle Panabaker Wants To See More Of Caitlin & Ronnie; SnowBarry Fans Heartbroken [VIDEO]

"The Flash" who were rooting for Barry Allen and Caitlin Snow to be an endgame couple on the show were heartbroken when episode 23 of the first season featured a wedding between Caitlin and Ronnie. This week, Danielle Panabaker opened up about the wedding and some SnowBarry shippers still can't get over the fact that there's no hope for Barry and Caitlin to be together.

On Thursday, "The Flash" dropped a clip featuring Panabaker dishing out her thoughts on her character's wedding to Robbie Amell's Ronnie Raymond on the show's official Facebook page. The "Sky High" actress began by saying, "It was Caitlin's decision. She went to Ronnie and said, 'We need to do this right now.' So they got married."

She then admitted that she found the wedding to be "really sweet" and also gushed that it was pretty awesome to have actor Victor Garber officiate her on-screen nuptials.

At the end of the clip, Panabaker revealed she loves to see more of Caitlin and Ronnie together. She says, "I would love to see Caitlin and Ronnie continue to work together. Who knows after this wormhole what S.T.A.R. Labs looks like and what our future looks like. But, it would be great to see the two of them together."

Show fans who were rooting for Caitlin to be together with Barry quickly took to the comments section to express how they were heartbroken by the wedding. Laura Mottola wrote: "This breaks all my #Snowbarry feelings."

Harisariaka Razanakoto agreed to Motolla's comment and added, "Me too... I just hate to see what they want to put Iris and Barry together when Caitlin is perfect for Barry."

Meanwhile, although Barry looked pretty heartbroken when Caitlin and Ronnie tied the knot, it won't be long till he moves on with a new love interest. ScreenCrush has learned that Barry will be smitten with a new character, who will be played by "The Messengers" alum Shantel VanSanten.

Other things fans should watch out for this upcoming season of "The Flash" include the introduction of more speedsters in town. Wally West and Jay Garrick are are dashing through Central City as Barry and his S.T.A.R. Labs team meet new villains.

Show producer Gabrielle Stanton even teased about the arrival of the new speedsters saying, "We didn't want Barry to get lonely so we thought we'd bring in some more speedsters. It's always Barry's journey. The Flash is always about Barry, but these people who come in will show us different ways that The Flash can be," as quoted by International Business Times.
