Bravo TV’s ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In’ Chronicles Teresa Giudice's Struggles In Prison & Away From Her Family [WATCH SNEAK PEEK]

Bravo TV's "Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In" chronicles the struggles of one of its Bravolebs, the much talked about Teresa Giudice while she's in prison and away from her family. The "RHONJ" reality star was sentenced to a 15-month imprisonment after being found guilty for wire and bankruptcy fraud. She's set to come out in December.

Bravo TV gives #RHONJ fans a glimpse of what goes on inside the family's home after the woman of the house left and entered the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut. The three-part special will show viewers how Teresa Giudice has remained strong throughout her whole ordeal of being away from her family. She left her four daughters — Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 6 — under the care of husband Joe Giudice, who will begin his sentence as soon as she gets out of prison.

According to The Daily Dish, "Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In," gives viewers a look at how Joe Giudice adjusts to raising their daughters without his wife's presence. Naturally, there will be struggles along the way, but nothing that a regular phone call and frequent visits to see mom Teresa can't fix.

Daily Mail reported that despite not being seen on the reality TV series, Teresa Giudice made sure that her voice will be heard. As can be seen in the sneak peek of "Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In" that Bravo TV released, it's clear that the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star still calls the shot as she buzz her family daily to check up on them.

As for Joe Giudice, he said, "It's hard keeping up with all these kids. I'm doing a lot. I think I've even lost about 10 pounds."

In the two-minute clip, Teresa can be heard saying a prayer for her family's safety while she's away from them. On speaker phone, she uttered, "Oh, please God, bring me home to my family as soon as possible. And bless my four daughters and my husband. Amen."

Fellow "RHONJ" star Melissa Gorga and husband Joe Gorga, Teresa Giudice's brother, are also part of the Bravo TV special.

Meanwhile, Teresa Giudice's youngest daughter Audriana recently celebrated her birthday without her mom by her side. Nevertheless, aunt Melissa Gorga and the rest of the Giudice and Gorga family members were there to spend the beautiful day with her, with Gorga posting a snap on her Instagram account.
