LG Nexus 5 2015: Android 6.0-Running Nexus 5X To Come In Three Colors

The LG Nexus 5 (Nexus 5X) is 2015's most awaited smartphone from the Nexus line. The hype over this Android-running device is currently at an all-time high now that its release date is just around the corner. The latest news about the handset is about the recently leaked photo that suggests another color model for the Nexus 5X.

According to GSMArena, the LG Nexus 5 2015, which has been already confirmed to come in white and black colors, will have a third color. A leaked snap of the device suggests that the third color would be mint that is reminiscent of the mint variant of the LG Ice Cream Smart first generation.

Another snap also shows that the LG Nexus 5X will come with the original Nexus 5 front design. Previous reports also said that the volume rocker of the device, along with the power button, can be found on the right side.

The LG Nexus 5X, as previously rumored, will sport a 5.2-inch 1080p Full HD display, and it is set to be unveiled on Sept. 29 and to start rolling on its release date weeks after.

As per Android Authority, the LG Nexus 5 2015 will house a Snapdragon 808 processor that will absolutely go well with the handset's 3GB of RAM.

The new Nexus flagship is also expected to run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Although Google has not really confirmed this, it is safe to assume that the smartphone will come with Marshmallow out of the box because previous Nexus devices always had the latest Android update upon release.

The device is also reportedly hitting the market of devices with fingerprint sensors. Battery is also decent at 2,700 mAh. Camera technology is also worth mentioning since the device reportedly comes with a 13-megapixel back shooter and a 4-megapixel front-facing snapper.

Finally, PC Advisor has learned that the upcoming Nexus smartphone is coming with USB Type-C with QuickCharge 2.0.Despite its quality specs and features, the LG Nexus 5X is set to be available in the market with a $400 price tag.
