"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" just released a new trailer and it's a definite tearjerker.
As reported by Digital Trends, the new trailer for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" is so emotional, you might now want to watch it in public.
The new trailer features tender moments between main character Katniss Everdeen and her sister, Prim. Among those included in the trailer is the moment Katniss taking Prim's place on the Hunger Games and a foreboding.
"It's the things we love that most that destroy us," said President Snow, played by Donald Sutherland, in a hauntingly manner over the image of the sisters dancing at a wedding.
Perez Hilton reported that the latest trailer captures how Katniss is ready to fight for her sister Prim.
According to Games Radar, the new trailer for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" is entitled "For Prim." It's a sort of visual love letter to the relationship Katniss shares with her dear sister.
But the biggest giveaway about Prim's impending doom is the text inserts saying "This November, her sacrifice is the ultimate tribute."
Just last month, a new poster for the movie shows Katniss Everdeen, standing atop a fallen President Snow statue. In the poster, she is joined by several of her fellow District 13 allies that include Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson), Gale Hawthorne (Liam Hemsworth), Finnick Odair (Sam Claflin), Boggs (Ali Mahershala), Cressida (Natalie Dormer) and Mesalla (Evan Ross).
And according to sources, the new instalment of the movie will take place in the middle of a revolutionary war in Panem, marking the final showdown between Katniss and President Snow. A showdown that will inevitably involve Katniss' most beloved sister.
"Mockingjay - Part 2" will have its premiere in theaters on November 20, tickets will go on sale in advance so fans can start getting their seats starting Oct. 1 at 12 pm eastern time.
