Yes. Adele's upcoming fourth album would be her last... her last recording on Sony/XL per her previous contract. But fans of the British songstress should not worry at all since she already has a new contract under Sony, confirming that she's not going to be leaving the music scene anytime soon.
While Adele has remained elusive since her "21" album sold over 30 million copies worldwide and her songs conquered music charts, this week, updates about the upcoming album she's said to be working on emerged.
Adele's fourth album, which has yet to be officially titled, is reportedly hitting shelves this Halloween season. HITS Daily Double has learned that the "Rolling In The Deep" singer's new record is set for release on Nov. 20.
The first single from the new album is expected to roll either in the first or the second week of November.
Specific details on Adele's follow-up album remain scarce, but it was already revealed that she's working with "Rumor Has It" co-writer OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder.
She is also reportedly collaborating with Max Martin, Danger Mouse and Tobias Jesso Jr. for her upcoming songs, Rap-Up reported.
Aside from her new album, Adele fans should also watch out for the singer's major appearances on NBC since she is already set to make a guest appearance and or perform on a prime-time special, "SNL," "Today" and one that is yet to be confirmed, but Mirror said that it could be "The Tonight Show."
In the wake of news about her upcoming album details, Adele has reportedly signed a new deal with Sony and it is valued to be over $50 million.
Previously, Adele took to social media to tease fans that she is working on releasing an album called "25."
More updates about Adele and her upcoming album are arriving soon, so stay tuned.
