1. You take rejections personally.

3. You trash talk.
Don't say anything offensive about your former colleagues, especially your bosses, the Forbes stated. You may think you're being subtle, but you're not. Don't hold on too much to bitterness. Remember that the person who's talking smack always looks worse than the person who's being trashed. If you need to talk about your previous job, do it with candor and class by sharing what you've learned and your gratitude for growth.
