The NBA 2015-2016 season has not even started yet but rumors are already abuzz.
America may be fixated on football right now but NBA continues to produce trade talks, roster moves, player rumors and various unresolved issues about some of the league's players.
Bleacher Report has reported that disgruntled Phoenix Sun's player Markieff Morris was slapped with a fine by the NBA after publicly demanding a trade. Although still unhappy with his team, Morris noted that he will still attend the Sun's training camp next week.
It seems only a couple of years ago that 2013 Number 1 draft pick Anthony Bennett was touted as the next big player in the NBA. But after getting traded by the Cavaliers to the Timberwolves, it seems that Bennett is again on the move after clearing waivers and becoming a free agent.
Rumors are swirling that the former number 1 draft pick and the Toronto Raptors are seeing eye to eye, which will probably result into Bennett signing with the lone Canada-based team in the NBA.
The Inquistr has learned that Dallas Mavericks' forward/guard Chandler Parsons has recently undergone a micro-fracture surgery this summer.
Earlier reports stated that the procedure done to Parsons was called an "arthroscopic surgery" that will address an ailing cartilage injury in his right knee. But, according to recent rumors, the surgery was more extensive than originally thought.
The new report said that the operation now included a bone marrow transplant from Parson's right hip to regenerate the damaged cartilage from late last season. NBA fans may recall that the bone marrow procedure is similar to what Kobe Bryant did to his knees a couple of years ago.
Speaking of Kobe, the Times Picayune noted that the Lakers superstar has yet to make any decision regarding his retirement. As a recap, Bryant is set to play his 20th season in the league at the age of 37.
After experiencing season-ending injuries the past couple of seasons, many are speculating that this may be the Black Mamba's last season, but as Kobe said, he has yet to make an official decision regarding the matter.
